Rain showers in Metro Manila, parts of Luzon due to ‘habagat’; LPA less likely to develop int tropical depression
MANILA, Philippines — While the low pressure area (LPA) off extreme Northern Luzon has a slim chance of developing into a tropical depression, the southwest monsoon or “habagat” is bringing scattered and isolated rain showers, especially in in parts of Luzon.
