PAGASA: Queenie weakens into LPA

Tropical depression Queenie has weakened into a low pressure area (LPA) but may still bring light to moderate rains in parts of Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
