MANILA, Philippines — Several local government units announced the suspension of in-person classes for Wednesday, September 4, due to the effects of tropical cyclone Enteng (international name: Yagi).
As of 4 a.m., state weather bureau reported that Enteng has slightly intensified and left the Philippine area of responsibility.
The following LGUs have suspended classes:
National Capital Region
- Caloocan City – all levels, public and private
- Las Piñas City – all levels, public and private
- Malabon City – all levels, public and private
- Mandaluyong City – face-to-face classes in all levels, public and private
- City of Manila – face-to-face classes in all levels, public and private
- Marikina City – all levels, public and private
- Muntinlupa City – all levels, public and private
- Navotas City – face-to-face classes
