Gov”t vows to improve internet connectivity in Eastern Visayas
President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on Friday pledged to improve internet access in Eastern Visayas, especially in remote areas, as part of government’s efforts to widen reliable connectivity in the region.
In a news release from the Presidential Communications Office, Marcos said the government has developed a new system to boost internet access in Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDAs).
