This ancient and impressively engineered farming system has been declared a national landmark by the Philippine government, while UNESCO places several of these rice terraces on the World Heritage List.

In this documentary, we visit these beautiful landscapes and follow the lives of modern-day farmers, who can trace their work on the rice fields back 2000 years.
