Southwest monsoon to bring isolated downpours — Pagasa
MANILA, Philippines: Most parts of the country will have cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon or habagat, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services (Pagasa) said Sunday.
Weather specialist Grace Castañeda said the southwest monsoon is affecting the western section of Luzon, particularly Palawan.
The same weather system will also bring partly cloudy to overcast skies
