Russia trying to destroy Ukrainian culture: UN experts
GENEVA — UN experts said Wednesday that “deliberate” Russian destruction of Ukraine’s culture could amount to an attempt to erase Ukrainians’ right to their own identity, a year after the Russian invasion.
