
Over 500 former drug users finish rehab in Caloocan
A total of 588 former users of illegal drugs completed rehabilitation since July, said the local government of Caloocan City on Sunday, Jan. 15.
The rehabilitation program was established by the Community Assisted Rehabilitation and Research Outpatient Treatment and Training System (CARROTS) under the Caloocan Anti-Drug Abuse Office (CADAO), which aims to provide treatment and care services to former illegal drug users.
