Northeast monsoon to bring rain in Cagayan, Bicol
MANILA, Philippines: The northeast monsoon or “amihan” will bring rain in Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, Kalinga, Apayao, Aurora, Quezon and Visayas, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Sunday.
