Northeast monsoon resurfaces, cold nights to continue
MANILA, Philippines: Cold nights and mornings will continue with the re-emergence of the northeast monsoon or “amihan” which could last until the second week of March, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Sunday.
