No storm but southwest monsoon to bring rain – Pagasa

THE Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said it has not spotted any storm but some parts of the country will have rain because of the southwest monsoon.

Weather specialist Obet Badrina on Monday said that the southwest monsoon will continue to affect Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
