Nearly 300 foreigners caught at Tarlac scam hub brought to Metro Manila
Nearly 300 foreign nationals who were apprehended at a Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator (POGO) hub in Bamban, Tarlac, were brought to Metro Manila on Saturday.
