LPA spotted off Cagayan, tropical depression outside PH area of responsibility
THE Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Tuesday that it has spotted a low pressure area (LPA) off Cagayan and a tropical depression outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
