Habagat causes mudslide, landslide, floods in Palawan; evacuation implemented
Heavy rains due to the Southwest Monsoon enhanced by Tropical Storm Ferdie (international name: Bebinca) caused flooding as well as mudslide and landslide in some towns in Palawan on Friday.
