Cloudy skies, isolated rain showers in PH on BSKE, ‘Undas’
THE northeast monsoon or “amihan” and shear line, alongside a possible low pressure area (LPA), may affect the country during the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) and All Saint’s Day or “Undas.”
In a weather outlook issued on Friday by the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), Visayas, Bicol Region, Caraga, and Quezon will experience generally cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the combined effects of shear line and LPA.
